A digital employee is who answers for your business: a Kokoro voice, tone, greeting, and (on the dashboard) an AI-generated portrait.

Cawly ships one catalog employee per Kokoro voice (holiday Santa voices omitted). Browse them under Digital employees. The customer gallery is English only for now (American and British accents).

Portraits are AI-generated. They are not real people.

Select who answers

Select an employee to make them the voice callers hear. You have one selected employee at a time — switching updates that choice instead of hiring a team.

You can still edit the greeting and tone. Play greeting, booking, and after-hours samples, compare two voices, or use Call me to hear them on your phone.

Set industry during onboarding so we can suggest a few voices that fit (warm for healthcare, clear for trades, and so on). Every employee still handles the full answering, booking, and message flow.
